Our History E&S International Enterprises, Inc. (ESI) was founded in 1980 as a branch of its parent company “The Ehsan Company” (named after its founder- Mr. Ehsan Asherian). The concept of ESI originates from Mr. Asherian, who started his business in 1948, selling Philips-branded products overseas. In 1979, Mr. Asherian along with his two sons, his daughter, and his son-in-law started the same business that he was running overseas, in California. ESI first started as a distribution company for Norelco and Philips branded products.
